We provide telehealth consultations focused on medical weight loss, lifestyle and behavioral habit formation, and general wellness guidance.
All professional medical services are delivered by licensed clinicians affiliated with Nunez Medical Services P.C. You understand and agree that any provider who delivers care through the Site acts independently, and that your relationship for medical services is directly with that provider.
Nunez Medical Services P.C. facilitates access to providers and is not itself a provider of medical care. The Site and Services do not replace your ongoing relationship with your primary healthcare provider.
 
3. Availability of Services (New Jersey & New York)
Our Services operate subject to applicable U.S., New Jersey, and New York laws and regulations. You represent that you are located in a jurisdiction where our Services are available. If this provision is found unenforceable, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
